Where are you based?

The Wig Connoisseur is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

What is the quality of this hair?

We specialize in providing top notch, 100% virgin human hair. Each bundle is meticulously inspected to ensure that every strand fits our standard. 

Can this hair be bleached and colored?

This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in any way. You can bleach and/or color the hair, however once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

How can I take care of my hair?

We recommend that you treat this hair with as much love as your own. Here are a few tips to keep your hair beautiful: shampoo at least once a week, use a shampoo no higher than pH7, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up to the root, rinse thoroughly, let air dry. Avoid alcohol based products and try to use minimum styling products to avoid any buildup. 

How long is your processing time?

Our processing time is 3-10 business days.

How long is your shipping time?

After processing, we ship out orders within 24 hours. All of our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout.  

How can I get in contact with customer support about an order?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! We understand that things happen. You can cancel any order during the processing time. After the processing time has ended and your order has been shipped, there is not an option to cancel the order.

Do you offer refunds? 

Although we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure the best experience possible. Please contact us by email at info@thewigconnoisseur.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer local pickup to customers within a 50 mile radius. At checkout, simply select the pickup option and choose the most convenient location.

I need my order sooner than the estimated processing time. What can I do? 

We offer a rush processing for customers who are tapped with time. At checkout, simply select the 'rush' processing time. Instead of 3-10 business days, rush processing is only 1-3 business days. There is a fee associated.
